how many pushups

on top of other things going on , i also had some medical complications over the last half of the year which resulted in 2 banged up shoulders. fractured them both. gnarly!


but im cleared for action, maybe feeling 90% now in my shoulders. which is good enough for me to start my road to greatness.


so i am holding you accountable on keeping me accountable.


besides the little things like running and eating well - i gotta get strength back. And nothing gets the engine revving like some prison yard work outs.

so im giving myself a little pushup challenge. ill keep improving the amount i can do until im putting down a respectable 25 a rep, then go to multiple reps. i eventually want to get myself to a tasty 3 reps of at least 30, 5 days of the week.


ive been tinkering around over last couple weeks to see how i feel and test the limits of my shoulders. and this week i felt ready to go. On monday i put back 4 whopping pushups.

today i got to 16.

long road ahead. but only up from here
